FAQ

What is an orchestra?

It is a group of performers made up of various instrument types. They perform together as one group, and it is a career path that is viewed as stable by most musicians.

Why is classical music not very accessible?

Classical music concerts are expensive to attend and mostly feature music of the Western European canon. There is a lot of structural sexism and racism within the ensemble design and performance of classical music.
