Insight into Formation Documents

To incorporate, you must file formation documents with the state. The formation documents you need to file depend on the state and the business structure! Typical information needed for these documents includes a business name, physical address, ownership and management structure, registered agent information, and number/value of shares (if incorporating as a corporation).
